1. Description of the Service
SEOvault is a Chrome extension built for WordPress authors and site owners.
It provides SEO analysis, writing assistance, diagnostics, link tools, note storage, and AI-powered features without requiring a WordPress plugin.
Certain features rely on third-party AI and search APIs, which incur real-time usage costs.
2. Eligibility & Account Responsibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use SEOvault.
You agree to:
- Provide accurate account information
- Keep your login credentials secure
- Accept responsibility for all activity under your account
You are responsible for all credit usage and actions taken while logged in.
3. Credit System
3.1 Credit Usage
- Credits are required for AI-powered features
- Credits are consumed instantly when a feature is executed
- Credit usage is final and irreversible
- Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred or resold
3.2 Free & Promotional Credits
- Free plans may include one-time or promotional credits
- Promotional credits may expire or have feature limitations
- Free or promotional credits are non-refundable
4. Subscriptions & Billing
- Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
- Plans renew automatically unless canceled
- You may cancel at any time to stop future billing
- Canceling does not refund the current billing period
SEOvault may change pricing, credit limits, or plan features with prior notice.
5. Payments & Merchant of Record
All payments are processed by Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record.
Paddle is responsible for:
- Payment processing
- Taxes and VAT (where applicable)
- Invoicing and receipts
- Chargeback handling
By making a purchase, you also agree to Paddle’s applicable terms.
6. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund & Dispute Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
In summary:
- Used credits are non-refundable
- Subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle begins
- Refunds are considered only in cases of billing errors or technical failures
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Abuse, automate, or exploit the Service
- Circumvent credit limits or feature restrictions
- Reverse engineer or copy the extension
- Use SEOvault for illegal, deceptive, or harmful purposes
- Resell or sublicense the Service without permission
Violation may result in suspension or termination.
8. AI Output & SEO Disclaimer
SEOvault provides assistive tools, not guarantees.
- AI-generated outputs may contain errors or omissions

- You are responsible for reviewing and validating all content before publishing
SEOvault is not liable for rankings, penalties, traffic loss, or business outcomes.

We are not responsible for outages, changes, or inaccuracies caused by third-party providers.

15. Promotions & Special Offers
From time to time, SEOvault may offer promotions, discounts, or bonus credits.
- Promotions are time-limited and non-transferable
- Promotional credits have no cash value
- Abuse may result in revocation of benefits
- Promotions may be modified or withdrawn at any time
