End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and SEOVault AI for the use of the SEOVault AI Chrome Extension, web app, and associated software (collectively, the "Software").
By installing or using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.
1. License Grant
SEOVault AI grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software for your personal or business WordPress publishing workflows, subject to the terms of this EULA and our Terms of Service.
2. License Restrictions
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the Software except as expressly permitted
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
- Sublicense, rent, or lease the Software
- Use the Software in any way that violates applicable laws
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices on the Software
- Use the Software to compete directly with SEOVault AI or build a similar product
3. Ownership
The Software and all intellectual property rights therein remain the sole property of SEOVault AI. This EULA does not transfer any ownership rights to you.
4. Updates and Modifications
SEOVault AI may release updates, patches, or new versions of the Software at any time. You are encouraged to install updates to ensure security and functionality. Continued use of the Software after updates constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
5. Termination
This license is effective until terminated. SEOVault AI may terminate this license at any time if you fail to comply with any term of this EULA. Upon termination, you must uninstall and cease all use of the Software.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. SEOVault AI disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SEOVault AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Software.
8. Chrome Web Store Provisions
For users who install the SEOVault AI Chrome Extension from the Chrome Web Store:
- This EULA supplements (but does not override) the Chrome Web Store Terms of Service
- You acknowledge that Google may update or remove the extension from the Chrome Web Store at its discretion
- SEOVault AI is not responsible for Chrome Web Store outages, policy changes, or removal decisions made by Google
9. Governing Law
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising under this EULA shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, through binding arbitration.
10. Changes to This EULA
We may update this EULA from time to time. The most current version will always be available on this page. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated EULA.
