Getting Started with SEOVault AI
Welcome to SEOVault AI, the WordPress publishing assistant built to help you write, optimize, interlink, and publish faster without adding heavy plugin bloat to your site.
SEOVault AI is designed for WordPress publishers, niche site operators, agencies, and teams managing one or more websites. You can use it in two ways:
- Chrome Extension: ideal if you prefer working directly inside the native WordPress editor
- Web App: ideal if you want a centralized workspace for multi-site publishing, advanced linking, collaboration, and saved history
Both products share most of the core writing and SEO workflow, but each has its own strengths.
Who SEOVault AI Is For

Choose Your Workflow

Option 1: Use the Chrome Extension

It opens as a side panel in the editor and helps you optimize drafts without installing a heavy SEO plugin just to get publishing assistance.

- in-editor generation and direct content injection
- right-click utilities such as screenshot capture and research saving

Recommended First-Time Setup
Section titled “Recommended First-Time Setup”For the smoothest start, follow this order.
1. Create your SEOVault AI account

2. Decide how you want to work
Section titled “2. Decide how you want to work”Choose one of these paths:
- extension-first if you mainly work inside the WordPress editor
- web app-first if you want a centralized dashboard, multiple sites, or team features
- both if you want the extension’s speed and the web app’s broader workflow tools
3. Connect your WordPress environment
Section titled “3. Connect your WordPress environment”- For the Chrome Extension, configure your WordPress site connection from inside the extension interface.
- For the Web App, install the WordPress Connector plugin and connect your site securely.

4. Add your first focus keyword

This helps SEOVault AI:

5. Run your first analysis

6. Generate your first improvement

7. Try a full article workflow

Your First Recommended Workflow

For extension users

- Launch the SEOVault AI side panel.
- Enter a focus keyword.
- Run draft analysis.
- Generate title and meta suggestions.
- Add a TL;DR and FAQ block.
- Inject improvements directly into the draft.
- Use Zen Mode if you want a cleaner editing experience.
For web app users
Section titled “For web app users”- Install the WordPress Connector plugin.
- Connect your site in the SEOVault AI web app.
- Open a post from the left panel or create a new draft.
- Run analysis and outline review.
- Use writing or rewrite tools.
- Add internal links or preview autolinking suggestions.
- Save changes back to WordPress.
