Getting Started with SEOVault AI

Welcome to SEOVault AI, the WordPress publishing assistant built to help you write, optimize, interlink, and publish faster without adding heavy plugin bloat to your site.

SEOVault AI is designed for WordPress publishers, niche site operators, agencies, and teams managing one or more websites. You can use it in two ways:

  • Chrome Extension: ideal if you prefer working directly inside the native WordPress editor
  • Web App: ideal if you want a centralized workspace for multi-site publishing, advanced linking, collaboration, and saved history

Both products share most of the core writing and SEO workflow, but each has its own strengths.

Who SEOVault AI Is For

SEOVault AI is a strong fit if you:

  • publish content regularly on WordPress
  • want to reduce time spent switching between tools

Option 1: Use the Chrome Extension

The SEOVault AI Chrome Extension is the fastest way to work directly inside WordPress.

It opens as a side panel in the editor and helps you optimize drafts without installing a heavy SEO plugin just to get publishing assistance.

Best for:

  • solo writers
  • editors working directly in WordPress
  • fast draft optimization
  • in-editor generation and direct content injection
  • right-click utilities such as screenshot capture and research saving

It requires a lightweight WordPress Connector plugin so the app can securely communicate with your site, load posts, and publish changes.

Web app highlights

For the smoothest start, follow this order.

1. Create your SEOVault AI account

Sign up for your account and confirm you can log in successfully.

2. Decide how you want to work

Choose one of these paths:

  • extension-first if you mainly work inside the WordPress editor
  • web app-first if you want a centralized dashboard, multiple sites, or team features
  • both if you want the extension’s speed and the web app’s broader workflow tools

3. Connect your WordPress environment

  • For the Chrome Extension, configure your WordPress site connection from inside the extension interface.
  • For the Web App, install the WordPress Connector plugin and connect your site securely.

4. Add your first focus keyword

Most analysis and generation tools work best when you enter a clear focus keyword.

This helps SEOVault AI:

  • guide deep analysis and article writing

5. Run your first analysis

Open a draft and use the analysis tools to review:

  • SEO structure

6. Generate your first improvement

A good starting point is one of these:

  • generate SEO title suggestions

7. Try a full article workflow

  • Ultra Writer for more control over format, audience, tone, presets, and brand voice

For extension users

  1. Open a draft in WordPress.
  2. Launch the SEOVault AI side panel.
  3. Enter a focus keyword.
  4. Run draft analysis.
  5. Generate title and meta suggestions.
  6. Add a TL;DR and FAQ block.
  7. Inject improvements directly into the draft.
  8. Use Zen Mode if you want a cleaner editing experience.

For web app users

  1. Install the WordPress Connector plugin.
  2. Connect your site in the SEOVault AI web app.
  3. Open a post from the left panel or create a new draft.
  4. Run analysis and outline review.
  5. Use writing or rewrite tools.
  6. Add internal links or preview autolinking suggestions.
  7. Save changes back to WordPress.

Understanding Credits

Typical examples include:
