SEOvault AI Dashboard Overview

The SEOvault AI Dashboard is your central hub for monitoring plugin status and accessing key features. It shows connection status, output mode, content overview, your site key, and quick links to important settings pages.

Go to SEOvault AI > Dashboard.

The status strip at the top shows three key indicators:

Shows whether your site is connected to the SEOvault AI web app:

  • Connected — Site key is verified and the connection is active
  • Waiting — Site key exists but hasn’t been verified yet

Click Manage to go to the Connection tab in General Settings to configure or verify your connection.

Shows the current SEO output mode:

  • Autopilot — Plugin automatically generates and manages SEO output
  • Manual — You control all SEO output manually
  • Disabled — Plugin features are off; another tool handles SEO

Click Configure to change the output mode in the Output Mode tab.

Shows whether AI visibility is enabled:

  • Enabled — llms.txt is published and serving
  • Disabled — llms.txt is not active

Click Configure to manage llms.txt settings in the llms.txt tab.

The Content Overview section shows site-wide statistics:

  • Posts with SEO Meta — Number of posts that have SEO titles, descriptions, or other meta data configured
  • Detected SEO Plugin — Shows if another SEO plugin is active (Yoast, Rank Math, AIOSEO, etc.) or “None” if SEOvault AI is the only SEO plugin
  • Plugin Version — Current version of SEOvault AI installed on your site

If another SEO plugin is detected, a warning banner appears at the top of the dashboard recommending you either deactivate the other plugin or switch SEOvault AI to Disabled mode to avoid duplicate SEO meta tags.

The Site Key section displays your unique site key with security controls:

  • Masked display — Shows only the first and last few characters of the key
  • Copy button — Click to copy the full key to your clipboard
  • Show full key — Click to reveal the complete key for manual copying

Use this key when connecting your site to the SEOvault AI web app. Keep it secure — anyone with the key can access your site’s SEO data via the API.

The Quick Links section provides shortcuts to frequently-used pages:

  • General Settings — Main settings page with all configuration tabs
  • llms.txt — AI visibility settings
  • Schema — Schema markup configuration
  • Import / Export — Data import, export, and maintenance tools
  • Status — Detailed status page with connection and health information
  • SEO Analyzer — Site-wide SEO analysis tool
  • Sitemap — Opens your XML sitemap in a new tab
  • llms.txt — Opens your llms.txt file in a new tab

If another SEO plugin is detected (Yoast, Rank Math, AIOSEO, Slim SEO, The SEO Framework), a warning banner appears:

“[Plugin Name] is also active. You may get duplicate SEO meta tags. Consider deactivating it or switching SEOvault AI to Disabled mode.”

The banner includes two action buttons:

  • Manage Plugins — Goes to the Plugins page to deactivate the competing plugin
  • SEOvault Output Mode — Goes to the Output Mode tab to switch SEOvault AI to Disabled mode

This warning helps prevent duplicate SEO meta tags, which can confuse search engines and hurt your SEO performance.
